A practical, self-paced communication and inclusion support layer for thoughtful, high-quality Queensland kindy services, designed to enhance communication access through inclusive, interactive learning opportunities.

Designed and delivered by Kathryn Marrington (Certified Practising Speech Pathologist), the program integrates innovative screen-free technology with flexible online learning.

We recognise that even all services are working within significant inclusion pressures. Across the sector, research continues to highlight a gap between inclusive ideals and the practical conditions needed to implement them well-particularly in busy, mixed-need groups.

Educators are being asked to support communication, peer interaction, behaviour, and mutilingual learners, often with limited time, limited specialist backup, and insufficient practical training.

TalkiPlay has been designed in response to those realities: to help teams strengthen children's communication, participation, and inclusion in ways that feel practical, realistic, and achievable in everyday kindy life.
